Email Address
When purchasing a license, you are required to provide an email address. We use this email to send your license key and important account notifications.
Device Identifier
When activating a license, NegRGB generates an anonymous device identifier (SHA-256 hash) based on hardware information. This identifier is used solely for license binding and device management, and cannot be reversed to reveal your hardware details.
IP Address
During license activation and verification, our server records your IP address and its geolocation (obtained via a third-party IP lookup service). This information is used for security auditing and preventing license abuse.
Information We Do Not Collect
NegRGB does not collect your photo content, browsing history, or any other personal information unrelated to software functionality. Your photos always remain on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
2.How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes: verifying and managing license status; binding licenses to your devices; processing payments and delivering license keys; providing software update checks; security auditing and preventing license abuse.
3.Payment Information
NegRGB processes WeChat Pay payments through the Xunhupay payment platform. We do not directly collect or store your payment card numbers, bank accounts, or other financial information. Payment transactions are handled by the third-party payment platform; we only retain necessary order records such as order numbers, amounts, and transaction status.
4.Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on our secure servers. All communication between the client and server is encrypted via HTTPS, with certificate pinning to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks. Server responses are verified with digital signatures to ensure data integrity.
5.Third-Party Services
NegRGB uses the following third-party services: Xunhupay payment platform (for WeChat Pay processing); ip-api.com (for IP geolocation lookup). Beyond these, the application does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
6.Children's Privacy
NegRGB is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
