NegRGB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the application on computers that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. Each license key may be activated on 1 device, with a validity period of 1 year.

When activating the software with a license key, the application sends device identification and license information to our server for verification. The software requires periodic online license verification (once per hour), with an offline grace period of 7 days. If the server cannot be reached beyond the grace period, the software will revert to unlicensed status.

Licenses are purchased through the official website via WeChat Pay. Upon successful payment, the license key will be sent to the email address you provided. Due to the nature of digital products, licenses that have been activated are generally non-refundable. For special circumstances, please contact us to discuss.

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application; (b) share, resell, or redistribute license keys; (c) bypass or attempt to bypass the license verification mechanism; (d) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application; (e) remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the application.

The application and all its content, features, and design are the property of NegRGB and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to NegRGB trademarks or brand elements.

NegRGB automatically checks for software updates. Updates may include feature improvements, bug fixes, and security patches. We recommend always using the latest version for the best experience.

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NegRGB does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NegRGB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

This license will terminate automatically if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies. If the license expires without renewal, the software will revert to unlicensed status.

NegRGB reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will take effect when posted on the official website. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
